Determining your foot size

You may either tell us your shoe size, including whether this is a men's or ladies' size and specifying US, Australian, English or metric. Alternatively, you may measure your foot and advise us of that measurement in order that we may determine the correct size ugg boot or slipper for you.

To measure your foot, sit down, lay a piece of paper on the floor in front of you and place your bare foot flat on it. Making sure that you are holding your pen or pencil vertical, rest it against the longest part of your foot at toe and heel and mark the paper.  Then measure your foot length off the marks you have made.

If you have one foot larger than the other, which you will have become aware of when buying shoes in the past, measure the larger of your feet for this purpose.

If your foot is unusually wide, please follow this procedure and mark the widest part of the foot and advise us of this measurement when forwarding your order or enquiry.
