Returns Policy Online

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods via the online store.

We at Jassi Leatherworks we are confident you will be happy with your purchase, however if your online purchase has arrived and it is not what you ordered, please read the following for more information:

1) If you have just changed your mind on the product style or colours, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. Please select carefully when placing your order and ensure all sizing and colour options are inserted correctly. We are always available to discuss your order with you, please call (08) 98 409 336.

2) If the product was not made to order, or there is a fault with your product, read on.

• There are two ways to return goods back to Jassi Leatherworks: 1) Post to: 9 Pates Road, Denmark Western Australia 6333 or; 2) Drop in to our workshop in Denmark.

• All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, this means all packaging and labels must be attached.

• If returning online you are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us, we do recommend that you use the registered post option as Jassi Leatherworks will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail. Please allow up to 21 days for exchanges and refunds to be received and processed.

• Postage charges on returns are not refundable.

  
  

Exchanges Online Policy

Jassi Leatherworks are more than happy to exchange your goods for another item without charging for a second delivery. All additional exchanges will incur postage costs paid by you. Frictional drag may occur at time when leather moves over sheepskin, this is normal and will settle with time. Jassi Leatherworks boots are not designed for outdoor wear. Responsibility and choice remains with the customer. It is important to keep your boots dry.

Refunds Online Policy

Jassi Leatherworks is happy to refund your goods if they were not made to your specific order details, provided the product is in its original condition, unworn (unless a manufacturing fault) and proof of purchase is shown. The purchase price of the goods will be refunded excluding postage using the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear on your statement under the name of Jassi Leatherworks.

We are Jassi Leatherworks buy all Australian sheepskin from different companies within Australia - tanned and dyed before they arrive at our workshop. At times, dye may rub on to your feet. A small amount of dye sometimes is retained in the hide, this is not a fault but a feature of a natural dyed product - (usually in the darker colours ie. black or navy). Jassi Leatherwork takes no responsibility if your boots become wet or damp feet are placed in your boots. Jassi Leatherwoks purchase quality zips, however we cannot take responsibility if they falter. Care should always be taken to pull the zip straight up. Thank you.
